Cat 2 $500.00 $35.00 _ _ Pet deposit and rent are per home. Vet records are required. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
Dog 2 $500.00 $40.00 _ 65 Monthly rent as follows: $40 for dogs 35lbs or less, 35-50lbs dogs are $55 and 50-65lbs are $70.Our apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because some dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
